Eligibility for Return, Exchange & Refund
You can request a return, exchange, or refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking on arrival
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
- The product is unopened, unused, and untampered
Note: Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 72 hours and share:
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation)
- Clear images of the issue
- An unedited unboxing video showing the package and product condition
Inspection & Refund Process
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction (unless damaged or defective)
- Damages due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery
Cancellation Policy
- The order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Neat Everyday currently ships products only within India. International orders are not accepted.
Shipping Charges & Taxes
- Shipping charges may vary by location and weight, and are shown at checkout.
- COD orders may include extra charges, which will be shown at checkout.
- Part-prepaid + COD orders have a fixed, non-refundable handling fee.
- Any local taxes (like octroi or cess) must be paid directly by the customer. We do not cover these.
Order Limits & Refusals
- We may limit quantities per order, customer, or address.
- Orders may be cancelled if flagged for fraud, bulk buying, or policy violations. Customers will be informed via email or phone if applicable.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- We dispatch orders via trusted courier partners and share tracking via SMS/email.
- For faster service, we may use local delivery partners depending on the region.
- Delivery usually takes 10–12 working days, but may vary.
- We are not liable for courier delays or misconduct by third-party courier staff, but we can assist in raising complaints.
Packaging & Safety
- All items are packed securely in corrugated boxes.
- If the package looks tampered or leaking, record a 360° unboxing video before opening.
- Share it with your order number via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours.
Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible if:
- Someone else at the address receives the order
- OTP is shared before delivery
- Damage occurs while opening the box
Claims & Support
- Report any missing/damaged items on the day of delivery. Delayed claims may not be accepted.
- Some items may ship separately and tracking links will be shared accordingly.
