Shipping Policy

Neat Everyday currently ships products only within India. We do not process or fulfill international orders.

Shipping Charges and Taxes

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location and product weight.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur additional charges, which will be displayed during checkout. Part-prepaid, part-COD orders will include a fixed, non-refundable handling fee.

  • If an order is placed in a region where additional local taxes such as octroi or area-specific cess, are applicable, the customer will be responsible for paying these charges directly. Neat Everyday does not bear such region-specific levies.

Order Limitations and Right to Refuse

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per customer, per household, or per order at our sole discretion. These restrictions may apply to orders using the same account, payment method, billing, or shipping address.

  • In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone.

  • Neat Everyday also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, bulk buying, or violation of our policies.

Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched through reputed courier partners. Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

  • For faster service, we may use local delivery partners depending on the region.

  • While we aim to deliver your order within 10–12 working days, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays. Neat Everyday is not liable for delays or misconduct by third-party courier staff, but we will raise complaints with the courier on your behalf if required.

Packaging and Delivery Safety

  • Orders are securely packed in corrugated boxes to ensure product safety during transit.

  • If the package appears tampered with or shows signs of leakage, customers must record a clear 360-degree unboxing video before opening it. This video must be shared with us via WhatsApp or email, along with the order number and concern, within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Neat Everyday is not liable for:

    • Goods are accepted by someone else at the delivery address.

    • OTPs are shared with delivery personnel before the actual handover.

    • Damages caused while opening the package after delivery.

Claims and Support

  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery. Claims raised beyond this window may not be entertained.

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product availability and warehouse locations. Tracking links will be shared accordingly via SMS or through your account dashboard.
