team.

Our SEO Executive will help people discover Neat Everyday
organically. The role needs someone strong in keyword research,
on-page/off-page SEO, site audits, technical optimisation, backlink planning,
and Google tools (Analytics, Console, etc.). Understanding of Shopify SEO best
practices. If you can analyse patterns, improve rankings, keep the site
healthy, and craft strategies that feel authentic rather than mechanical, this
role will feel rewarding and aligned with our ethos.

Expand our brand reach with strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Work on social media planning, paid ads, email marketing, and content-driven promotions that boost engagement and conversions. Add your creativity, analytics, and ideas to grow our online presence.

Our Customer Care Executive will be the warm, reassuring
voice of Neat Everyday. The role includes responding to calls, WhatsApp
messages, and emails, and helping customers understand the right products for their
needs. You should communicate clearly, patiently, and with genuine empathy.
Basic CRM handling, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required.
