a) Eligibility for Return, Exchange & Refund
We accept return, refund, or exchange requests under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery.
- The customer notifies us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is unopened, unused, and unaltered.
Please note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
b) How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email or WhatsApp us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

- An unedited unboxing video clearly showing the product and package condition.
c) Inspection & Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for reported issues.
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Dissatisfaction or change of mind, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or misuse after delivery.
d) Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
e) Additional Terms & Conditions
- Product Availability: If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. You may opt for a replacement, wait for restocking, or cancel the order for a full refund.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: For all claims involving damage or defects, a clear, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of return/refund claims will be resolved at the discretion of Neat Everyday, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
