Eligibility for Return, Exchange & Refund

You can request a return, exchange, or refund if:

Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

Is this coconut oil cold-pressed?

Yes, it's cold-pressed from fresh coconuts without heat or chemicals. That’s what keeps the nutrients, aroma and creamy texture intact.

Is this oil for skin care use only, or can I also use it for cooking?

It is wonderful for cooking! Smoothies, baked, fried or just stirred. It has a delicate flavour so won't overpower your food and handles heat well. It can be used instead of butter or regular oil.

Is it good for skin and hair?

It relieves dry skin, works as a lip balm, and even naturally removes makeup. It works well as a hair leave-in or overnight treatment, but use sparingly to avoid feeling weighed down. Since nothing is added, even if you have sensitive skin, it is sufficiently gentle.

Does it have a strong coconut smell?

Not really strong. It does smell like coconut, but in a subtle, organic way rather than the artificial scent found in lotions. The smell goes away rather quickly after you put it on or cook with it. Since the smell is mild and clean, most people actually enjoy it.

Do I have to keep it in the fridge or what?

Just keep it in a cool, dry place, like a cupboard or pantry. It doesn’t need to go in the fridge. If your house is cold, it might turn solid — that’s totally normal. Just scoop a bit out with a spoon and it melts in your hand almost instantly. In warmer weather, it stays liquid.
